Returns & Refunds
We want every HYCO order to arrive exactly as it should. If something is not right, we will take care of it quickly.
Please email us at hello@drinkhyco.co.uk with your order number and a brief description. Photos or video help if you have them.
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund. There is no need to send the product back.
If something is not right with your HYCO product, please get in touch and let us know what is going on.
Include your order number and details of the issue, and our team will review it promptly and work out the best solution.
If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
We will make sure you receive what you ordered.
